So, I had a pretty crazy experience.. I got the watch today at around 11am, and when I tried powering it on the power was dead. After putting it to charge for more than two hours I tried again and got a .3 25 11 error on the top right of the screen. After Messing with the watch for around four hours I was finally able to get it to power up. I read online I recieve a bricked watch and needed to return it. I thought I’d try everything I could since I had already spent the extra cash on next day shipping.so I turned it on, got the screen and left the power button pressed for 15sec. After that I started to get a Sony screen with the same numbers. So I started to do the same thing but at the same time removing the charger, I had it connected. So at one point the watch went completely black and would not power on. Eventually I got passed the Sony screen and was greeted with s battery that also gave me a percentage. But ironically it would not charge…it still showed 0 so after a few more hours I was able to get it to charge. Once it got to 50% I tried turning it on and it kept tree booting with the same .3 25 11 error. So after another hour or so I was able to get it to boot past the error and was greeted by a screen that showed the watch connecting to a phone. So I immediately got my Sony Xperia Z5 I just got and used the NFC feature to connect it. Immediately my phone connected, the watch said smart connect successful, and started to vibrate then turned off, then started some type of hardware reboot and gave me a status bar.then it finished rebooted vibrated some more and another status bar. once complete, it vibrated again then reboot then like a flawless device gave me clear Sony screen with no numbers, vibrated once, then showed me the time. I can’t believe I was actually able to get this watch to connect. What’s weird was that I had to keep the power button pressed throughout the whole connection process or the watch would turn off, also if I would touch the home, back, or menu buttons on the watch while it was charging it would freeze up and I had to re boot the watch.it’s crazy but whatever the issue war in guessing the firmware must have been corrupt because when I tried the update it told me it was already updated to the latest firmware. So far I’ve been using the watch all day and it works perfect. I’m guessing they got all the bugs out of the apps as well, I haven’t had a problem downloading or installing any apps so far. And they all work flawlessly.I’m really impressed with the watch aside from the whole it being bricked and all. Still I’ll give it 5stars because it’s a kill at $110, and is really nice, elegant, and it doesn’t lag or freeze up. Also the battery has lasted me a while for the use I’ve been putting it through.
    UPDATE:11/19/2015
Watch died on full battery, had to return the watch. Very disappointed, it was really nice.

This watch was great for about 2 months. Then it stopped working. Can’t get a refund after 2 months so I tried getting help through the manufacturer Sony. They are the worst. We called them twice 5 months ago. Still nothing is being done to help repair. Do yourself a favor stay far and clear away from this watch and any other in the Sony brand. They are not even trying to support this half-hearted product!

Just got it today and have been using it for a few hours now. It’s really awesome. The touchscreen is nice and very responsive. The display is crystal clear. It gets all my facebook notifications, email, and text messages. It’s cool that you can actually scroll through your facebook. You only see the posts in simple texts, but it’s pretty neat. You can also like a status, but it keeps saying “failed to like” the status which I am still trying to figure out why. You can actually see photos people post as well. You can’t type (text back) on the watch, but there are pre-made texts such as “in a meeting” and so on that you can send.
You can dial calls and receive calls, but there is no mic to actually talk to the other person. I wish you could turn the speaker phone on from the watch. You can connect either through Bluetooth or NFC (which I am not sure how to use, so I chose bluetooth). Everything is really simple to set up. Literally, I paired with my phone after downloading the smart app it tells you to download from the playstore, and in the watch settings it has instagram, facebook, email, and bunch of other things you can connect right away. Everything is running smoothly so far. I have seen videos of this watch being FULLY waterproof. The guy put the watch in a big glass of water and kept dunking it over and over again. I haven’t tried it yet because it’s too new for me to accidentally ruin it. I want to enjoy it! 🙂
